Billie Hardee WRAPS Program

The Billie Hardee WRAPS Program is a unique program designed to meet the transportation needs of children all over the state of South Carolina. This much needed service can be requested by a state agency so that children can be transported for required appointments.

If you are an agency with a transportation request, please complete ONE of the following:

Filling out our Online WRAPS Transportation Form. Our WRAPS Transportation Form is definitely the easiest option for submitting your WRAPS transportation request. It is fully secure and will send an email to the Billie Hardee Home for Boys staff as well as a confirmation email to you.

Downloading the WRAPS transportation form and mailing it completed to:
Billie Hardee Home for Boys, Post Office Box 617, Darlington, South Carolina 29540 USA.

Or you may apply in person at 1133 Timmonsville Hwy, Darlington, South Carolina 29540 between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. See us on a map.
